    1. All prices are correct at time they are published but are subject to alteration without prior notice

  3. Discounts / Promotions TERMS
    1. Discount codes available on www.ncnailscompany.co.uk cannot be combined.
    2. It is your responsibility to choose the best discount code available for specific items.
    3. Discount codes can be combined, however frequent buyer discounts cannot be combined with one off promotional discounts.
    4. We take no responsibility if wrong discount code has been used by customer.
    5. If discount code doesn't work anymore, it means it expired or stock is no longer available. We are unable to edit orders and apply discount codes.
    6. Clients can contact us to find out why discounts do not work and we will do our best to resolve the issue
    7. If promotion does not specify to add discounted / free product to cart - it will automatically be added. Please make sure discounted product is added to your cart before checkout. If you remove it or it is not in your cart - we are not liable to provide discounted / free product to you.
  4. Order TERMS
    1. Orders can be made only by filling the order form on the website www.ncnailscompany.co.uk
    2. To accept the order, it is required to give us personal details such us: name, address, phone number, email address


    3. You are responsible to give us accurate and real personal details, we take no responsibility for lack of contact if details provided are incorrect
    4. We reserve the right to CANCEL ORDER in case of:

  2. Incomplete personal details needed to post
  • Not receive payment in 5 working days
  1. If we do not have a particular product in stock
  1. Payment
    1. Payment is due in full at time of placing an order.
    2. The Buyer shall not be entitled to exercise any right of setoff or lien or any similar right or claim in connection with the goods or the price payable for the goods.
    3. We accept payments made by Pay-Pal
    4. We accept payments made by Debit / Credit cards: Master Card/ Visa/ Visa Debit/ Visa Electron/ Discover/ American Express/ Maestro
  2. Shipping TERMS
    1. All our orders will be sent by Royal Mail or courier.
    2. Please refer to shipping tab for the latest delivery options
    3. We normally expect to despatch orders fulfilled by NC Nails Company within 1 working day.
    4. One order could be sent in separated packages, as Royal Mail have limited size parcels
    5. NC Nails Company takes no responsibility for errors in the shipping address, if package will not reach recipient and return to our warehouse, then we will provide full refund for the package minus £3.00 of Admin Return fee, in order to re-send package customer will be obliged to re-pay for the shipping fees.
    6. NC Nails Company takes no responsibility for delays cause by the courier. Orders sent by courier are sent by 1 day delivery service.

 

  1. Complaints / Returns / Cancellations TERMS
    1. Complaints are under Consumer Rights Law, and you should have 30 calendar days to cancel and return goods for any reason to get refund
    2. To accept RETURN of goods by us – you need to fill out a RETURN FORM which is included in your order in envelope and send it back to us with goods
    3. Returns can also be arranged by emailing ncnailscompany@gmail.com
    4. In case of Returning goods, we REFUND ONLY GOODS COST – POSTAGE COST IS NOT REFUNDABLE
    5. You are always responsible for cost of return shipping, goods should be securely wrapped and packed to make sure there won’t be any damages.

    6. We won’t refund any money if goods will be returned AFTER 30 Calendar days
    7. If reason for return is due to change of mind about the product, it needs to be returned in original, undamaged packaging and unused condition. Returns of damaged or used items will not be accepted under any circumstances.
    8. If goods will be delivered to us damaged then we won’t refund money and we do not take any responsibility, you should contact your shipping company to claim damaged parcel


    9. When goods are shipped by you, you are responsible to provide tracking number/ barcode number/ notification number that goods have been shipped to us. Otherwise, we won’t refund any money until we’ll receive goods in good condition
    10. If goods are returned and delivered to us, we have right to refund money up to 5 working days
    11. We do not accept returns for the image / design of the product changed by manufacturer, and it is not updated on the website. If product has the same barcode, then returns will not be accepted.
    12. If package return to us to as an 'incorrect address' or 'incomplete address' or 'not called for' or 'address gone away' or 'address inaccessible' or 'address unknown' 'refused' - then we will refund your money into our Gift Card only.
